Café Orangiata

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 110 ml coffee
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 20 ml Cointreau
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream

Preparation

  • Attach the 2-stage frothing nozzle to the machine.
  • Add the sugar and Cointreau to a heat-resistant glass.
  • Hold the frother in the Cointreau and dispense steam for about 5 seconds to heat the Cointreau.
  • Now prepare the coffee in the same glass.
  • Top the drink with whipped cream.

Serving suggestion

Decorate with a few pieces of orange zest, if liked.
