Café Kahlúa

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 2 x 50 ml espresso
  • 40 ml milk
  • 40 ml Kahlúa
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
  • Prepare the espressi in the same shaker and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds so that the espresso cools immediately.
  • Pour the mixture into two small decorative glasses.
