Café Kahlúa

Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 2 x 50 ml espresso
- 40 ml milk
- 40 ml Kahlúa
- 2 tsp icing sugar
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
- Prepare the espressi in the same shaker and add the remaining ingredients.
- Shake for about 20 seconds so that the espresso cools immediately.
- Pour the mixture into two small decorative glasses.
