Café Moretto

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 50 ml espresso
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 cl Cognac
  • 2 cl Kahlúa (coffee liqueur)
  • 2 cl vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • First pour the vanilla syrup and Kahlúa into two glasses to form two layers.
  • Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
  • Prepare the espresso in the same shaker and add the Cognac and milk.
  • Shake for about 20 seconds so that the espresso cools immediately.
  • Pour the mixture carefully over the Kahlúa to create a third layer.
