Café Moretto

Ingredients (for 2 persons)
- 50 ml espresso
- 80 ml milk
- 1 cl Cognac
- 2 cl Kahlúa (coffee liqueur)
- 2 cl vanilla syrup
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- First pour the vanilla syrup and Kahlúa into two glasses to form two layers.
- Put the ice cubes in a shaker.
- Prepare the espresso in the same shaker and add the Cognac and milk.
- Shake for about 20 seconds so that the espresso cools immediately.
- Pour the mixture carefully over the Kahlúa to create a third layer.
