Café Rose

Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 30 ml espresso
- 30 ml Lillet
- 60 ml rose lemonade
- 1 shot grenadine syrup
- 5 ice cubes
Preparation
- Put the ice cubes in a decorative glass and fill to about half-full with rose lemonade.
- Then prepare an espresso in a pot.
- As soon as the espresso is made, pour it into the glass over the back of a spoon to allow the layers to form.
- Then add a shot of grenadine syrup.
Serving suggestion
Decorate with a few rose petals.
