Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons of medium-roast coffee freshly ground
  • 6 ounces of water
  • 4 ounces of whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar adjust to taste
  • A pinch of cinnamon optional
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish optional
  • Fresh whipped cream for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew the Coffee: Heat the water to between 195 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit. Brew the coffee using your preferred method.
  • Heat the Milk: While the coffee is brewing, heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil, just warm it.
  • Mix Coffee and Milk: Pour the brewed coffee into a large cup. Add the heated milk and sugar, and stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add Spices: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon into the coffee and stir. This step is optional.
  • Garnish: Top with fresh whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
  • Serve: Enjoy your Café Lecholino while it's warm and fragrant.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness according to your preference by increasing or decreasing the amount of sugar.
For a caffeine-free version, use decaffeinated coffee beans.
