Method
Prepare your ingredients.
- Use a frozen banana for the creamiest texture. Make sure your coffee is cold.
Add everything to a blender.
- Pour in the cold brew coffee and almond milk first, then add the frozen banana, almond butter, cinnamon, and ice.
Add protein powder (optional).
- If you want extra protein, add one scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder.
Blend until smooth.
- Blend on high speed for about 60 seconds until the texture is creamy and everything is fully mixed.
Adjust if needed.
- If it’s too thick, add a little more almond milk. If it’s too thin, add more ice or banana.
Serve and enjoy!
- Pour into a tall glass and drink fresh. Optional: sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
Notes
- Frozen banana is the secret to that creamy texture. Don't skip it!
- You can swap almond butter for peanut butter or cashew butter if needed.
- Want it sweeter? Add ½ tsp maple syrup or a date.
- For more texture, add chia seeds, hemp seeds, or oats.
