Method
- Brew a Ristretto shot using finely ground coffee beans and an espresso machine.
- Mix the Banana Liqueur and Ground ginger.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1 oz of banana liqueur with a pinch of ground ginger. Stir well.
- Combine and top with whipped cream.
- Pour the banana-ginger mixture into the brewed Ristretto shot. Stir gently.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
For the best flavor, use freshly ground ginger from your local organic store.
