- Boil Water: Bring 1 quart of water to a boil in a large pot.
- Steep Tea: Add 4-6 Rooibos tea bags to the boiling water. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Infuse Berries: Remove the tea bags and add 1 cup of mixed berries to the tea. Let the berries steep for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Sweeten: Strain the tea into a pitcher and add honey or your choice of sweetener to taste.
- Chill: Let the tea cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or add ice cubes to chill faster.
- Serve: Pour into glasses filled with ice and enjoy your refreshing Berry Rooibos Iced Tea!
Notes
For extra flavor, try experimenting with different berry combinations. Sweeten to your taste and serve with extra ice for an even cooler drink. For a stronger berry flavor, allow the berries to infuse for a little longer.
