Ingredients
  

  • Freshly brewed espresso 1 shot
  • Grappa 1-2 ounces
  • Optional: Sambuca cognac, or brandy as alternatives

Method
 

  1. Brew the Espresso:
  2. Use high-quality, freshly roasted espresso beans.
  3. Grind the beans finely and evenly.
  4. Brew a shot of espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker.
  5. Add the Liquor:
  6. Pour the freshly brewed espresso into a small coffee cup.
  7. Add 1-2 ounces of grappa (or your chosen liquor).
  8. Gently stir to combine the flavors.
  9. Serve:
  10. Use a small, heat-resistant glass or cup.
  11. Optionally, garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a few coffee beans.

Notes

Experiment with different liquors like sambuca, cognac, or brandy to find your preferred flavor.
For a non-alcoholic version, try adding a splash of flavored syrup.
