Method
 

  1. Brew the Coffee: Prepare a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method (French press, espresso, or drip).
  2. Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Add Flavor: Stir in the cardamom syrup, vanilla extract, and sugar (if using). Mix well.
  4. Froth the Milk: Use a milk frother or whisk to create a creamy foam.
  5. Assemble the Latte: Pour the brewed coffee into a mug and slowly add the frothed milk.

Notes

Use almond, oat, or coconut milk for a plant-based version. For a bolder taste, simmer a crushed cardamom pod in the milk before frothing. Honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar work well instead of regular sugar. Chill the coffee and milk, then serve over ice.
