Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee homemade or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cold Brew: If making from scratch, steep coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12–24 hours, then strain.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a glass, combine the cold brew coffee, chai spice blend, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add Milk: Pour in the milk and stir to combine.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Fill the glass with ice cubes, give it a final stir, and enjoy your creamy, spiced cold brew.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness to your preference. Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top for a café-style finish.
