Ingredients

  • 1 can 13.5 oz full-fat coconut milk (or light coconut milk for a lighter texture)
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of your choice: agave nectar, coconut sugar, or stevia for sugar-free
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Gather Ingredients: Get your coconut milk, sweetener, and any optional add-ins ready.
  • Mix Ingredients: Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan. Add the sweetener and any optional flavorings like vanilla or cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
  • Simmer the Mixture: Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes to blend the flavors.
  • Cool and Store: Remove from heat and let the creamer cool. Pour it into a clean jar or bottle, then store it in the refrigerator. Shake well before each use.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less sweetener.
The creamer will thicken in the fridge, so give it a good shake before using.
This creamer can be used in both hot and iced coffee, or even in smoothies and baked goods.
