Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee chilled
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4 medium lemons
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 cups ice water
  • Lemon slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Mix coffee, lemon juice, and sugar in a pitcher until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add ice water and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
  4. Garnish with lemon slices or a cinnamon stick before serving.

Notes

Use dark roast coffee for a deeper flavor. Freshly squeezed lemon juice works best—avoid bottled versions for a more natural taste. Add honey syrup for a sweeter twist. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
