Ingredients
  

  • Choose your style: hot, iced, or cold brew – ingredients are mostly the same
  • 1 –2 tsp Bru instant coffee depending on desired strength
  • 1 cup water hot or cold, depending on version
  • Sugar optional, to taste
  • Milk or plant-based milk optional, to taste
  • Ice cubes for iced or cold brew

Method
 

🔥 For Hot Bru Instant Coffee:
  1. Boil 1 cup of water until hot (but not boiling).
  2. Add 1–2 teaspoons of Bru instant coffee to a mug.
  3. Pour the hot water into the mug.
  4. Stir well until all coffee granules dissolve.
  5. Add sugar and milk or plant-based milk if desired.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
❄️ For Iced Bru Coffee:
  1. Add 1–2 tsp of Bru instant coffee to ½ cup of room-temperature water.
  2. Stir until the coffee dissolves.
  3. Add sugar if needed, and mix again.
  4. Let it cool (if needed), then pour over a glass filled with ice cubes.
  5. Add milk or plant-based milk if desired.
  6. Enjoy your chilled coffee.
🧊 For Cold Brew Bru Coffee:
  1. Mix 2 tsp of Bru instant coffee with 1 cup of cold water in a jar or bottle.
  2. Stir well, cover, and place it in the fridge overnight (6–8 hours).
  3. In the morning, strain it using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth (if needed).
  4. Pour into a glass over ice cubes.
  5. Add milk or sweeteners as desired.
  6. Store the rest in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Start with a small amount of Bru instant coffee and adjust for taste.
  • For a creamy version, use almond milk or oat milk.
  • To add flavor, try a dash of cinnamon, cocoa powder, or a drop of vanilla.
  • Use filtered water for best taste.
  • Make larger cold brew batches and store in the fridge to save time.
