Method
- Brew fresh hot coffee and pour it into a mug, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
- Add Irish whiskey and brown sugar (or maple syrup) to the coffee. Stir gently to mix.
- Top with a generous layer of fresh whipped cream.

Notes
For a creamier version, replace whiskey with Irish cream liqueur. Lightly whip the cream so it floats on top rather than mixing in. Sprinkle cinnamon or chocolate shavings for extra flavor.
