Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp espresso or strong brewed coffee about 2 oz
  • 1 cup whole milk 8 oz
  • 1 tbsp lavender honey simple syrup
  • Optional: 6 tbsp heavy whipping cream for cold foam
  • Ice or cooled coffee if making an iced version

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the lavender honey simple syrup by simmering ½ cup water, 1 cup honey, and ¼ cup culinary lavender for 10 minutes. Steep for 15 minutes, strain, and store.
  • Brew fresh espresso or strong coffee.
  • Heat and froth the milk until creamy and velvety.
  • Combine espresso with 2-4 tbsp of lavender honey syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  • Pour frothed milk over the espresso and stir gently.
  • Top with cold foam if desired and enjoy warm, or serve over ice for a refreshing iced version.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute whole milk with oat or almond milk. Garnish with dried lavender for a decorative touch.
