Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp espresso or strong brewed coffee about 2 oz
  • 1 cup whole milk 8 oz
  • 1 tbsp lavender honey simple syrup
  • Optional: 6 tbsp heavy whipping cream for cold foam
  • Ice or cooled coffee if making an iced version

Method
 

  1. Prepare the lavender honey simple syrup by simmering ½ cup water, 1 cup honey, and ¼ cup culinary lavender for 10 minutes. Steep for 15 minutes, strain, and store.
  2. Brew fresh espresso or strong coffee.
  3. Heat and froth the milk until creamy and velvety.
  4. Combine espresso with 2-4 tbsp of lavender honey syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  5. Pour frothed milk over the espresso and stir gently.
  6. Top with cold foam if desired and enjoy warm, or serve over ice for a refreshing iced version.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute whole milk with oat or almond milk. Garnish with dried lavender for a decorative touch.
