Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup brewed and chilled chai tea
  • 1/2 cup yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel and chop the ripe mango. Brew and chill the chai tea.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine mango, chai tea, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust: Taste and add more honey if needed. Blend again.
  4. Serve & Enjoy: Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, use coconut milk or almond milk. Add a banana or a handful of spinach for more nutrition. Top with chia seeds or shredded coconut for extra texture.
