- Muddle the Mint:
- Muddle a handful of fresh mint leaves at the bottom of a glass to release their aromatic oils.
- Add fresh lime juice.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the glass for a tangy kick.
- Sweeten It Up:
- Pour in about 15 ml of mojito mint syrup. Adjust to taste if needed.
- Prepare the espresso shot:
- Brew a shot of rich, high-quality espresso.
- Combine and stir.
- Pour the fresh espresso into the glass, add ice cubes, and stir until well mixed.
- Garnish:
- Add a sprig of mint and a lime wheel on the rim of the glass for a zesty touch.
Notes
Adjust the syrup amount if you prefer a sweeter or less sweet drink.
Use freshly squeezed lime juice for the best flavor.
If your drink is too bitter, add a bit more syrup or lime juice. If it's too sweet, reduce the syrup next time.
