Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp organic chaga or reishi mushroom powder I use Four Sigmatic
  • 1 cup almond milk or oat milk for extra creaminess
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon + a dash of vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Steep 1 tsp of mushroom powder in ½ cup hot water for 5 minutes (like tea).
  2. Combine the steeped mushroom tea, remaining milk, and sweetener in a blender.
  3. Puree until smooth, then heat the mixture in a mug.
  4. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra kick.

Notes

Swap almond milk for cashew milk for a richer, creamier taste. Leftover mushroom tea? Freeze it in ice cube trays for a smoothie boost!
