Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso or 2 tbsp strong brewed coffee
  • ¾ cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat oat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm (do not boil).
  • Froth the milk using a handheld frother or shake it in a sealed jar for 30 seconds.
  • Pour espresso into a mug and slowly add the frothed oat milk.
  • Stir in sugar and vanilla. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.

For the creamiest results, use brands like Oatly or Califia Farms. Customize sweetness or add seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice in fall or lavender in spring. Try it iced by chilling the espresso and oat milk before combining.
