  • 2 ounces of espresso or 3 ounces of strongly brewed coffee
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons of white chocolate sauce e.g., Torani White Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons of peppermint syrup e.g., Torani Peppermint Syrup
  • 8 ounces of milk 2% milk recommended for a creamy texture

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee (8 oz) or prepare 2 oz of espresso.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine 4 oz of milk with ¼ oz of white chocolate sauce, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add ⅛ teaspoon of peppermint extract or peppermint syrup, mixing well.
  4. Pour the hot coffee over the white chocolate mixture and stir until blended.
  5. Top with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and chocolate shavings for a festive touch.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less white chocolate sauce and peppermint syrup. Try oat milk or almond milk for a dairy-free version. Serve in a festive mug for the full holiday experience!
