Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener optional
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew a shot of espresso or prepare strong coffee.
  • Blend pistachios, sugar, and water until smooth to make pistachio syrup. Strain if needed.
  • Steam the milk and mix it with the pistachio syrup.
  • Pour the milk mixture into the coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon.
  • Add the foam on top and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute pistachio syrup with store-bought pistachio flavoring. Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more or less sugar. For an iced version, chill the coffee and use cold frothed milk.
