Method
- Brew a shot of espresso or prepare strong coffee.
- Blend pistachios, sugar, and water until smooth to make pistachio syrup. Strain if needed.
- Steam the milk and mix it with the pistachio syrup.
- Pour the milk mixture into the coffee, holding back the foam with a spoon.
- Add the foam on top and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute pistachio syrup with store-bought pistachio flavoring. Adjust sweetness to your taste by adding more or less sugar. For an iced version, chill the coffee and use cold frothed milk.
