Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brew a cup of cold brew coffee and set aside.
  2. In a blender or shaker, mix the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the cold brew coffee.
  4. Add the pumpkin spice mixture and stir well to combine.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy the perfect fall-inspired cold brew!

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use almond, oat, or coconut milk. Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
