Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups milk any preferred type
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or 4 tbsp raspberry preserves
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey optional
  • 2 drops natural red food coloring for a vibrant hue
  • Whipped cream for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, cook raspberries over medium heat for 10 minutes until soft.
  • Blend raspberries into a smooth puree and strain if desired.
  • In another saucepan, heat milk over low heat. Add white chocolate chips and stir until fully melted.
  • Mix the raspberry puree into the chocolate milk, adding sugar or honey to taste.
  • Stir in food coloring for a beautiful pink hue.
  • Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and enjoy warm.

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, add a shot of espresso or use brewed coffee instead of milk. Try dark chocolate chips for a deeper flavor.
