- Brew the Coffee: Prepare a shot of espresso or brew ½ cup of strong coffee.
- Heat the Eggnog: In a small saucepan, heat the eggnog and milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
- Froth the Mixture: Use a milk frother or whisk to froth the warmed eggnog and milk until creamy and foamy.
- Assemble the Latte: Pour the espresso into a cozy mug, then add the frothed eggnog mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish & Serve: Top with whipped cream (if desired) and sprinkle extra nutmeg on top. Enjoy warm!
Notes
For a stronger flavor, use a dark roast coffee or add an extra shot of espresso. You can also substitute dairy-free eggnog for a plant-based version.
