  • Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, mix the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  • Heat: Warm the mixture over medium heat, whisking continuously until it becomes hot and slightly frothy. Do not boil.
  • Sweeten: Remove from heat and stir in honey (or your preferred sweetener) to taste.
  • Serve: Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
  • Optional Garnish: Sprinkle extra cinnamon or add a dash of nutmeg for an aromatic touch.

Notes

For a richer taste, blend the mixture after heating for a creamy, café-style froth. Black pepper is key to increasing curcumin absorption from turmeric, so don’t skip it! For a stronger spice kick, add a pinch of ginger or cardamom. Let the latte cool and serve over ice for a refreshing golden drink.
