  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup milk whole, skim, almond, or oat
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder a dash of vanilla extract, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Add strawberries to a blender.
  3. Pour in the milk of your choice.
  4. Add sugar or your preferred sweetener.
