- Make the creamy foam by whipping heavy cream, mascarpone, simple syrup, and vanilla extract until thick.
- For an iced version, pour espresso over ice and add cold milk. For a hot version, warm the milk before adding.
- Spoon the thick mascarpone foam over the coffee.
- Garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings. Serve with ladyfinger biscuits for an extra treat.
Notes
Adjust sweetness based on preference. For an extra tiramisu feel, dip the ladyfingers into the coffee before sipping.
